It is prescription-based drug which is used as lotion, ointment or as a cream. It is used in the skin infecting known as impetigo which is caused by the certain bacteria as it belongs to the antibacterial group its main function is prevent the bacterial growth.

How to apply Mupirocin 2.0% w/w 5G ointment topical?

  • Topical medication is only used for outer surface only
  • Wash your hands before and after the medication.
  • Clean the affected area
  • Affected area should be properly dry
  •  It should be use as 3 times a day.
