It is the combination of two medicines where clobetasol is steroid which act as blocking the chemical messenger in the body in order to decrease skin redness, selling and inflammation, whereas in case of salicylic acid it breaks the keratin clumps or clusters of cells in order to remove dead skin from the skin and improves the skin tone and soften the skin.
